Business Experience

Christien is an experienced leader who has specialised in human resource advisory services for over 20 years.  Her early career was in operational leadership, working for an international computer leasing company based out of the UK.

With business qualifications and experience, Christien has designed and implemented human resource initiatives and led human resource projects in both the public and private sectors.  She consults and facilitates across the full spectrum of organisational development and also undertakes executive search work for board members and other senior leadership roles. Christien is a Trustee on the board of Leadership New Zealand.
