Our client, a leading specialist wholesaler, needed to develop their talent base in order to achieve ambitious growth targets and to create a work force aligned with the organisation's values.

WHAT WE DID

A competency-based (Targeted Selection®) recruitment system was implemented based on the organisational competency framework. An internal facilitator was accredited to manage the recruitment system inhouse. Targeted Selection® training was rolled out to all hiring managers across the business and is now included as a component of the management induction programme.

OUTCOMES

Targeted Selection® has proven to be a practical and effective tool for ensuring accurate, quick, efficient hiring solutions at all levels of the business.
