DDI’s Facilitation Skills Workshop will take you to the next level as a Facilitator of development programmes. Providing a theoretical overview of the five dimensions of Facilitation, the workshop will then engage you in practical skill development. You will learn how to:
Be a more effective facilitator.
- Link learning and development solutions with business objectives.
- Achieve learning objectives through ongoing behaviour change.
- Create implementation strategies to support learning and development.
- Effectively manage situations that may arise in a facilitation setting.
At the end of the three-day workshop, you will be accredited as a DDI Facilitator, and gain access to further learning information and networking through membership of its Global Facilitator Network. You will also be accredited to run a comprehensive range of DDI development modules within your organisation.
The workshop is designed for people who deliver training, and those who guide and lead the people development agenda.
