Reporting directly to the General Manager Livestock and Shareholder Services and as a member of the livestock management team, this senior role will lead the development and monitoring of the assurance programmes associated with procuring and processing livestock. This is a high profile role within Alliance tasked with ensuring Alliance and its shareholders meet all regulatory, customer and market access requirements.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Successful candidates will be pragmatic, commercially astute and experienced in a regulatory environment, along with a history developing quality assurance programmes associated with agriculture or horticulture. To ensure credibility with shareholders, you will understand farming and farming systems, and regulatory experience with overseas markets will be advantageous. You will be tech savvy, analytical, experienced in project management and will have demonstrated success building relationships and influencing key stakeholders across a business. Our preference is for you to be tertiary qualified, however this is not compulsory.
