Bringing a fresh vision and an ability to look “up and out”, this role will lead the development and implementation of a group-wide people and capability model, with a strong focus on talent to attract, grow and retain Skyline’s future leaders.  As a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager People & Capability will direct key strategic OD/HR initiatives to ensure an engaged and enabled culture. Providing leadership to the Skyline Group HR team, the role will establish people focussed HR & H&S strategies and practices, building capability across SEL’s 1200 staff, and embedding an organisational culture focussed on growing talent.

The successful candidate will be a senior HR generalist with a strong organisational and leadership development background, and proven experience in talent management strategies and frameworks designed to achieve high performance. We seek a strategic thinker with a visionary future focus and direction. Tertiary qualified, you will be a confident leader with strong commercial acumen and have proven networking and influencing skills.
