Reporting to the General Manager Culture and People, this newly created senior specialist role will work with the organisation and its leaders to design employee experiences that engage people at every stage of their employment life-cycle.  With the goal to be in the top five best employers, this role will utilise a best-practice and user-centred approach to the design, development and implementation of organisation development initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a thought leader who is passionate about positive leadership and building a culture where people want to come to work every day and give their best. Applicants will have a relevant tertiary qualification, with combined experience in HR and OD of at least seven years and have worked at a senior level as part of a large organisation. You will understand conceptual theory and how to apply it practically, possessing a track record of developing and facilitating projects and workshops, creating buy-in and building engagement. As such the role requires sophisticated influencing, coaching, collaboration, change leadership and relationship management skills together with high levels of initiative, innovation and drive.
