Part of a large management team and reporting directly to the Company Directors, with responsibility for branch administrators and sales teams, the Commercial Manager will have accountability for managing and leading the Commercial & Industrial sales and leasing business, Business Broking and commercial property management businesses ensuring continued growth and development in the market.
Candidates will ideally possess extensive leadership experience from within the commercial real estate sector. Well-developed commercial acumen is essential as are exceptional communication and relationship management skills and the ability to work at both a strategic and operational level. Exceptional negotiation skills, high levels of initiative and attention to detail are also essential for success.
