Reporting to the Regional HR Manager Southern, we’ve identified an interim contract role assisting leadership teams at different locations, providing operational HR support and advice to supervisors and managers in the southern region. Typical duties will be varied and operationally focussed, involving ‘everything HR’ from recruitment, coaching, training and development, performance management and all aspects of employee and industrial relations.
We seek an experienced HR generalist Contractor who is resilient, has fantastic organisational skills and is happy working autonomously in a fast-paced operational environment. You will be experienced across the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, particularly employment relations, have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to quickly build relationships at all levels of an organisation. Previous experience working in an industrial or manufacturing related sector would be advantageous.
