Administrative Manager

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the admin department and staff members, and be the key liaison with the office administrators based in each of the campuses. This role also has responsibility for supporting members of the leadership team with regards to day-to-day admin, including travel, events and accommodation.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you have the following experience and qualities:

  • Experience of streamlining systems and processes in a multi-site environment
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to influence outcomes
  • Experience of co-ordinating projects including budget management
  • Workflow planning and co-ordination of administrative procedures
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to add value across other functional areas
