Sheffield has a long history in sourcing, selecting and shaping leadership capability in New Zealand. Founded in 1961, as New Zealand’s first organisational psychology and executive recruitment business, we have developed our networks and expertise both nationally and globally. However, we remain proudly New Zealand owned.
Our broad-based services are enhanced by our exclusive licence in New Zealand for DDI (www.ddiworld.com), and our membership of AltoPartners Executive Search Worldwide (www.altopartners.com).
With a collegial atmosphere and a strong sense of purpose and care, our people provide consultancy services that are thorough, fresh in their approach, and tailored to our clients’ needs. We identify talent by combining our evaluative judgement with rigorous processes. Our Executive Search and Selection practices are ‘leading edge’, using international and local research networks, and world-recognised competency-based interviewing systems. Our Organisational Development practice provides customised HR solutions that align organisational strategy to the key drivers for successful execution usinginternationally-recognised DDI systems and services.
We work with clients across most sectors in New Zealand and we proudly support small and large entities whilst providing a range of services dedicated to enhancing our clients’ talent development strategy.
To ensure we continue to deliver quality output to our customers, we are building a team of highly-skilled contractors (non-FTE) who have expertise in a wide range of HR advisory/organisational development areas. Location can be flexible depending on the scope of work.
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in broad HR/functional organisational development or other related field in addition to a tertiary qualification in HR/OD related fields is required.
