St Paul’s Collegiate School now seeks an experienced leader to help shape its future. The Headmaster role is focused on developing and executing strategy. It ensures the school continues to innovate and provide pre-eminent educational, cultural, sporting and service opportunities through astute decision-making and strong relationship building.
About St Paul’s Collegiate School
Established in 1959 St Paul’s Collegiate School is a private Anglican secondary school offering a unique structure. Located in Hamilton the school has 750 students. Boys are welcomed from Years 9-13, Girls from Year 11-13, as day or boarding students. The senior school at St Paul’s offers co-ed learning while the junior school, Years 9 and 10, is a single-sex boys’ school.
Candidates should be passionate secondary school educators with a strong track record of innovation and a commitment to excellence. Broad strategic, commercial and general management skills are essential as are well-honed communication and influencing abilities. An understanding of the uniqueness and responsibilities of outdoor education programmes and the importance of boarding is essential.
