About the role

Sheffield’s successful Christchurch office is looking for another superstar to join our high performing team! We seek an experienced, professional and pro-active Personal Assistant to support us to deliver the exceptional levels of quality and service Sheffield is known for.


Key Responsibilities

  • Fast-paced and varied role providing administrative, Personal Assistant and support functions
  • Critical cog and contact for our stakeholders, including support staff, consultants, clients and candidates
  • Work closely to support Consultants, coordinating all aspects of Recruitment, Search, Consulting and other HR projects
  • Collaborate and be involved with cross-organisation projects


Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will be a proven top-notch PA who will fit in to our fun and fast-paced environment, be a real team player who is known for professionalism, integrity and exceptional customer service.
