Jason has joined Sheffield as a Senior Consultant within the Organisational Development team. He has previously worked with a variety of organisations in both New Zealand and overseas.
Jason is an organisational design consultant who has worked with a variety of organisations in both New Zealand and overseas. Jason specialises in the area of designing and implementing leadership and strategy programmes linked to customer focus, adaptive ability and collaboration. Jason has also worked with international education consultancy PEAK, assisting schools to get exemplary results.
He holds 2 Master’s degrees, an Executive MBA earned through tertiary disruptor Smart.ly, and a Master’s in Education from Alfred University in New York State, USA. He is a co-founder of the New Zealand Service Design Network and a practitioner of Deep Facilitation, which allow him to guide leaders to awareness of both the impact and opportunity in their work as a team and decision making.
His experience has extended to the New Zealand context as well, having worked in the classrooms and boardrooms of New Zealand as an educator and executive consultant.
Jason has worked with a variety of firms from Fletcher’s, The Warehouse Group and Burger King, right through to Zurich and Auckland Council.
