Reporting to the Regional HR Manager and a member of the wider Group People & Safety team, you will work closely with leadership teams at different locations providing operational HR support and advice to supervisors and managers in the southern region. This varied and operational role will be involved in everything HR from recruitment, coaching, training and development, performance management and all aspects of employee and industrial relations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to and support the delivery of the company-wide HR Strategy whilst driving performance improvement and operational success.

We seek an experienced HR Advisor who is a strong team player, resilient, with a 'can-do' attitude who is on their way up in their career. Ideally you will have at least two years HR Advisory experience and a relevant tertiary qualification, although for the right person this could be a more senior level role. An ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and a sound technical knowledge base are essential for this full-time permanent role. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and have outstanding organisational skills that enable them to prioritise and work autonomously. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing related sector and previous exposure to unions could be advantageous.
