As part of ADC’s ongoing evolution, we are currently seeking expressions of interest for the appointment of a General Manager. Reporting to the ADC Managing Director/Board, the General Manager will carry out the day-to- day leadership and management of the business to deliver on key strategies, including culture, profitability, innovation, and customer focus.
Candidates for this role will have experience leading in similarly complex environments, with a proven track record of commercial performance. A commitment to innovation is also important, and the GM will lead ADC with a continuous commitment to customer service. With a background in people management, the preferred candidate will maintain and refine internal systems that inspire and support everyone at ADC to be their best.
