Rachelle Weingott
Practice Lead – Contracting, Sheffield North Island
Rachelle manages the Contracting division which provides a range of contractor capability to a range of industries.
She has over 20 years’ experience in permanent and contract recruitment, both within New Zealand and internationally. This work has spanned roles in accounting/finance, IT, property, healthcare, and human resources/organisation development throughout the private and public sectors.
Nikita Archer
Practice Coordinator - Leadership Development
Nikita is the latest addition to our Leadership Development team.
With a background in retail, her experience extends from ‘hands-on’ operational management, to team development and the creation of education content for an Australasian learning platform servicing 4500 people.
Tanja Ritson
Personal Assistant
Tanja joins us as a Personal Assistant.
She brings extensive organisational and administrative skills developed in a range of service and customer focused organisations
