Welcome to the Summer 2023 edition of the Sheffield Newsletter.  As many of you will be experiencing in your own business, we continue to face challenges attracting strong candidates across almost all functional areas.  Since COVID we have seen a marked increase in the number of assignments requiring pure Search as a strategy to attract candidates, alongside traditional online advertising, social media and LinkedIn posting.
