Sheffield South Island have recently worked closely with Burnside High School in the appointment of two key positions for the school with their new Business Manager, Ali Leatherland, and Property and Facilities Manager, Racheal Western.
Congratulations to Ali and Racheal who will both bring sound experience in their respective fields.
Ali has very strong commercial and financial acumen, combined with an engineering background and previous experience working in schools. She has an extensive understanding of understanding complex stakeholder groups coupled with strong relationships skills. She has been responsible for property, facilities, asset management and managed capital projects in her prior roles, bringing a wealth of knowledge and prior experience into her role as Business Manager.
Racheal has managed substantial property portfolios and worked in a range of commercial, local and national government organisations. She is skilled in stakeholder engagement and able to facilitate program efficiency and productivity effectively among varying stakeholder groups building trusting relationships amongst teams.
With extensive experience working in the Education Sector we enjoyed partnering with Burnside High School for these appointment processes. Our in depth understanding of the needs and requirements within the complexities of this sector enabled us to offer extensive support to the leadership team during the appointment of these two key roles in the school environment.
