We were delighted to co-host a breakfast with the Institute of Strategic Leadership which welcomed leadership from across Wellington.
Guest speaker, former Governor General, and High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and Ireland, Sir Jerry Mateparae spoke about the lessons and insights from his own leadership journey. The role of planning, self-knowledge, character and empathy for modern leaders were all discussed in Sir Jerry’s insightful presentation and follow-up Q&A.
It was a wonderful opportunity to come together and learn from Sir Jerry’s extensive leadership career but also to discuss strategies for leading during uncertain and challenging times.
