Over the first four weeks of the New Zealand Level 4 Lockdown, some 850 employees from a variety of organisations across New Zealand, from both public and private sectors, completed a short survey developed by the Sheffield team to help organisations get a sense of how their employees were adapting to the abrupt and massive shift to working from home.

The findings were collated, studied and compiled into a comprehensive report. The report outlines working context, role clarity, levels of communications and more. It also contains a list of recomendations on 'where to from here'.
