This role will assist the Headmaster in ensuring the school is able to meet the needs of 21^st century learners by providing a progressive, academically rich and student centred educational experience.  Equally, he/she will foster the traditions, values and ethos of Medbury which provide so much of its strength and defining character.

The specific brief for this role will be clarified in the New Year, following the arrival of Mr Ian Macpherson, Headmaster at which time further in-depth advertising will commence.
