Our General Manager - Wellington and her team are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant who is confident and dynamic, with the ability to be a ‘right-hand’ person and proactively support the wider team. 

The Role

As the Personal Assistant to the General Manager you will be supporting her administration, enabling her to focus on strategy and client interface.  Your calm efficiency, professionalism, attention to detail and ability to pre-empt the needs of not only the GM but her wider team, will be well received and valued in this role.   

Assist and support the General Manager and wider team in:

  • Diary, email and travel management
  • Prepare meetings, minute taking
  • Prepare reports, documents and presentations
  • Event management
  • Ensure the General Manager and team’s day operates smoothly, efficiently and effectively
  • Handle confidential information and matters
  • Liaise with client and candidates in a professional manner
  • Take an active involvement in the business; contribute to discussions and decisions

About You

You will, ideally, have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services-based industry.  Your referees will attest to your professional manner in dealing with clients as well as your accuracy, proficiency, reliability and proactivity.
