This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join their growing office supporting the South Island. Reporting to the Manager Southern, you will be part of a team responsible for working with clients to develop remuneration and performance solutions, facilitating training workshops and advising in areas such as job evaluation, remuneration, links between performance and pay and Executive reward. The business is building strength outside of New Zealand too.
You will be:
Working on a variety of assignments, the Senior Consultant will take a lead role with the implementation of large projects across all areas of organisational development, remuneration and reward strategy.
