Elaine is an experienced professional who has specialised in designing and facilitating learning and development interventions for over 20 years. Having worked in India, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Elaine has experience working with various cultures, delivering programmes to both large organisations and SMEs.  Her experience includes all stages of development projects, from training needs analysis, through the design, development, facilitation and evaluation of the learning intervention.
