With opportunities across all specialisations and an emphasis on Executive Directorship within Maori partnerships, Nursing and Mental Health, these roles play an important role within the senior leadership team and report directly to the Chief Executive. They provide an opportunity to be a champion of change, partnerships and development. Further responsible for encouraging, fostering and supporting a multi-disciplinary and collaborative approach to the management and development of health services across the DHBs and wider sub-regional and regional health systems in an environment that demonstrates Manaakitanga – respect, caring and kindness.
