Harcourts gold wish to appoint a Branch Manager to their Parklands Branch and seek a proven real estate professional, ideally with a Branch Manager or AREINZ license. You will lead a team of 14 sales consultants, providing ongoing training, direction and support, enabling individual consultants to achieve outstanding results. There is a real opportunity to build the profile and profitability of this office, growing market share and taking full advantage of all the resources offered by the Harcourts Group nationwide.
Key responsibilities include:
- Team building, leadership and performance
- Lead the sales team to achieve set KPI’s and sales targets
- Foster enduring customer relationships
- Sales management, administration, marketing and reporting
- Developing initiatives to drive the branch forward
- Quality control and Compliance.
To be effective in this role you will have high energy, a good understanding of business drivers, sales, customer service, administration and communication skills, coupled with strong commercial acumen. Ideally some office management experience is preferred.
Your ability to leverage your outstanding track record in Real Estate Sales, team leadership and the ability to take the existing team to its next phase of growth is essential.
