Harcourts gold are seeking to appoint a Sales Manager to their Papanui Branch with a clear pathway to senior management for the successful candidate. You will lead a team of sales consultants, providing ongoing training, direction and support enabling them to achieve outstanding results, taking full advantage of all the resources offered by the Harcourts Group nationwide.

Key responsibilities to include:

  • Team building, leadership and performance
  • Lead the sales team to achieve set KPI’s and sales targets
  • Foster enduring customer relationships
  • Sales management, administration and reporting
  • Projects and initiatives to drive the business forward
  • Quality control and Compliance

To be effective in this role you will have high energy, an exceptional understanding of business drivers, sales, customer service and communication skills.  You must have a current Real Estate Salesperson Licence, and open to the possibility to complete a branch managers licence.
