About the Role
Established over 130 years ago, Blind Low Vision NZ believes everyone who is blind, deafblind, or has low vision should have the opportunity to be self-reliant and do the things they need and want to in life. As well as supporting individuals, Blind Low Vision NZ seeks to make big-picture change by advocating for inclusive communities and for optimal eye care services for all New Zealanders.
The role of General Manager, Human Resources and Organisational Development is part of the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO. The role operates as a strategic business partner and relationship manager of the HR activity across People and Culture with the entire organisation. Partnering closely with the business leaders, you will deliver a workforce and culture that fosters the organisation’s values and supports the achievement of the strategic goals.
