Reporting to the Board you will:
- Lead with Vision: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance Nurse Maude's mission and objectives.
- Innovate: Drive innovation in healthcare delivery, ensuring Nurse Maude remains at the forefront of community health services.
- Inspire: Motivate and guide a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to continue to achieve excellence in patient care.
- Collaborate: Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, including patients, whānau, staff, community partners and funders.
Skills & Experience:
You will possess:
- Proven experience in executive leadership, preferably from within a complex organisation of scale.
- Demonstrable understanding of the health system.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Energy to innovate, with a focus on continuous improvement, growth and research-informed practice, leveraging technology both clinically and organisationally.
- Excellent and astute communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A highly collaborative and approachable nature, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Financial acumen and analytical capability.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and manage diverse teams and teams within teams.
- Bicultural competence and cultural sensitivity.
- Working knowledge and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- A commitment to health equity, compassionate care and community service.
- A high level of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
Clinical knowledge would be an advantage.
