About The Role: 

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for healthcare?

Nurse Maude, a renowned provider of community healthcare services, is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead their organisation into the future.

Reporting to the Board you will:

  • Lead with Vision: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance Nurse Maude's mission and objectives.
  • Innovate: Drive innovation in healthcare delivery, ensuring Nurse Maude remains at the forefront of community health services.
  • Inspire: Motivate and guide a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to continue to achieve excellence in patient care.
  • Collaborate: Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, including patients, whānau, staff, community partners and funders.

 

Skills & Experience: 

You will possess:

  • Proven experience in executive leadership, preferably from within a complex organisation of scale.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the health system.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Energy to innovate, with a focus on continuous improvement, growth and research-informed practice, leveraging technology both clinically and organisationally.
  • Excellent and astute communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A highly collaborative and approachable nature, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen and analytical capability.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire and manage diverse teams and teams within teams.
  • Bicultural competence and cultural sensitivity.
  • Working knowledge and commitment to  Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
  • A commitment to health equity, compassionate care and community service.
  • A high level of integrity, ethics and professionalism.

Clinical knowledge would be an advantage.
