About the Role:
Our new Principal will be:

- A skilled people leader – building trust, growing leaders and empowering others.
Our new Principal will have:
- A sound understanding of Te Ao Māori, tikanga Māori and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Experience in engaging with a diverse community, and the ability to instil a desire for each individual to maximise their potential whether they are a student, a staff member, or a member of the wider community.
- A track record of success in building strong and constructive relationships within the school and the wider community.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energy and drive, bringing enthusiasm and resilience to the role, and embracing the dynamic nature of the college.
