The Ideal Person
We’re looking for a proven governance leader who combines strategic clarity with real commercial edge - ideally forged in large infrastructure or capital-intensive businesses.
You'll bring a working understanding of the energy sector: its market dynamics, risk landscape, and the stakeholder complexity that comes with it. Experience navigating partnership structures and multi-party environments is important, as is comfort operating in digitally-enabled, technology-forward businesses.
Beyond the credentials, we're after someone with demonstrated integrity, sharp strategic instincts, and a collaborative mindset. Someone who understands that good governance serves communities, not just balance sheets.
The board meets 8 times a year, plus committee work While not essential, residency in the Central Lakes region would be an advantage.
