Matthew joins Antarctic Heritage Trust with an extensive background in complex organisations building strategic leadership, governance, stakeholder management and programme delivery experience. He cares about the Trust, having previously worked for it when seconded from the Department of Conservation as Project Manager. His experience since that time has allowed him to bring all his skills together to now contribute to the ongoing organisational sustainability of the Trust in a meaningful way.
