Last Tuesday evening, Sheffield South Island jointly hosted a networking event for a group of our local leaders, Ballantynes clients and alumni of Institute for Strategic Leadership.
Huge thanks to Maria O’Halloran, Chief Executive of Ballantynes and an ISL alumnus, for sharing the story of the continued success of Ballantynes after 170 years in business. It was an insightful discussion hosted as a question and answer session with Louise Green, General Manager Sheffield South Island and compare for the evening Gareth Lorigan, Managing Director, ISL.
Insights from Maria on the future of retail and the key role Ballantynes plays in the Christchurch CBD, along with her own leadership journey had the crowd thoroughly engaged and made for a memorable evening. We all loved the back of house tour.
