Darren was found through an extensive Search process that uncovered a number of excellent candidates to choose from. Group CEO Richard Wilson commented that after spending time with Louise Green having a thorough consultation on the role, they redefined the fit and core competencies which resulted in the creation of a new Senior Leadership Team position.

This enabled a clear direction for the Sheffield Search team to target potential candidates, resulting in a list of high calibre candidates, leaving them spoilt for choice - with 100% of the shortlist coming from Search.

Louise partnered with Landpower throughout this process really listening to what they were wanting to achieve. It was about finding the right person for the role and working with Landpower to achieve a successful outcome.
