Emma brings with her solid experience in the executive talent search space, having previously worked in London as a Research Associate with an international search firm predominantly on NED and Governance roles. Prior to this, she worked as an Information Analyst for world recognised management consulting company McKinsey and Co.

Having worked remotely for a number of years for a US-based company, Emma is delighted to be returning to the executive search arena and relishes joining the Sheffield Research Team. With excellent data analysis and tech skills, Emma has an eye for detail and a genuine love for research and knowledge.

She has a degree in Psychology from UC and a PGDip in Information Management.
