Patrick joins the Sheffield North Island team as Associate Director in the Wellington office.
Prior to joining Sheffield, Patrick was the Managing Director, Asia Pacific and the Middle East for Association of Executive Search & Leadership Consultants (AESC). Sheffield is a proud member of AESC, which is the voice of excellence for the executive search and leadership consulting profession worldwide.
Patrick has worked in a variety of higher education, government, non-government, and executive search roles in Aotearoa. He was a lead search consultant at a firm focused on higher education appointments in New Zealand, Australia, and Asia.
