Rebecca Jamieson's Profile

Rebecca joined the Sheffield team in 2021 as a Senior Research Consultant for the executive search team and transitioned into a client facing role as Senior Consultant role in 2025; where her focus is on partnering with clients on senior search appointments.

Business Experience

Rebecca is an experienced executive recruitment and search professional with experience in both inhouse and consultancy environments in addition to having a background in public relations and communications. 

Prior to joining Sheffield in early 2021, Rebecca worked for a global executive search firm specialising in local and offshore executive level search appointments across a range of functional areas, predominantly in the private sector. Since joining Sheffield, she has continued to work on senior level appointments across a number of disciplines and industries including education, financial services, technology, industrial services, the arts and local and central government.

Her expertise encompasses a raft of generalist HR skills including knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practice and processes garnered from her time at the Equal Employment Opportunity Trust, now known as Diversity Works.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys time with her family and friends, walking, tennis and being outdoors by the sea. She also has a keen interest in reading, the arts and film.
