Tracy’s recent experience has been in local government, both as an elected member and a senior manager, her career at its core has been driven by her desire to care for people and place through public service and manaakitanga. Tracy has significant leadership experience with proven success navigating complex stakeholder relationships and community engagement. She is extremely purpose driven and is an authentic and relational leader, with an understanding of collective purpose and motivating diverse groups.
