New Chief Executive Officer for Central Otago District Council

Sheffield South Island are excited to have partnered with Central Otago District Council in the recent appointment of Peter Kelly as their new Chief Executive Officer.

Peter comes to CODC following a distinguished career within the New Zealand Armed Forces over 34 years, with his final appointment as Chief of Army. For the last 6 years Peter has been Chief Executive Officer at Upper Hutt City Council, leading a team of over 200 staff.  

Peter is passionate about the importance of community service, and we wish him every success in his new role with Central Otago District Council.
