With 25 years’ experience across the Oceania agribusiness sector in senior Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain roles, Hugh is proud of building extensive networks and long-standing relationships at all stages of the value chain—from providing on-farm agronomy advice to some of New Zealand’s largest farmers, to consulting with CEOs, boards, research institutes, government ministries, and corporates across Oceania.

Having spent over a decade with PGG Wrightson Seeds, Hugh is deeply invested in the company’s success and evolution, particularly as it aligns with the broader DLF business globally and is excited to lead growth across the next part of the journey.
