Congratulations to Kate Selway on her recent appointment as the new General Manager People, Culture and Safety at MainPower Ltd.
Kate comes to MainPower from her most recent role as Head of People and Change, Ravensdown and prior to that spent time at Comvita and 5 years at Jade Software as Director of People and Performance.
Kate brings a warmth and deep experience in partnering with Chief Executives and enjoys working in close knit organisation. She is strong in developing teams, leads with a people centered approach and is excited to be joining the MainPower team in her local North Canterbury community, Rangiora.
