Nathan is an experienced town planner with over 20 years operating in regulatory environments across public and private sectors. Before joining Buller District Council, he held significant roles at Clutha District Council as Manager Planning and Regulatory Services and the Department of Conservation, leading regulatory teams across the South Island. Originally from Queensland, Nathan comes from a notable career in the Australian property sector, performing in a range of planning and senior management roles.
