Kelvin has been the interim Chief Financial Officer for the previous 5 months and successfully appointed to the role in a permanent capacity after a rigorous recruitment process. He has an innovative and improvement mindset as well as being a strong people leader, who is both respectful and collaborative with his team.

He brings extensive executive, financial and transformation experience from previous roles with Westland Mineral Sands, Selwyn District Council and Meridian Energy.
