Katherine is a highly experienced finance executive known for her success in local government with strengths in stakeholder engagement, regulatory services, assurance, finance, operations, procurement, developing financial and infrastructure strategy and developing strong teams.
Having held senior positions at Christchurch City Council and Environment Canterbury, Katherine will be ready to hit the ground running at QLDC.
