Louise is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive professional networks developed across 20 years of experience operating in a diverse range of General Management, Consulting and Human Resource roles.  Louise specialises in executive search and placement of CEO’s, Senior Managers and Directors, completing assignments across all market sectors and disciplines. As an experienced HR Consultant her expertise includes CEO and Board Reviews; 360 surveys; Competency Framework development; and the alignment of strategy with people solutions to drive business performance.

Louise’s versatility stems from her ability to engage and collaborate with clients and candidates to develop long term relationships, working closely alongside Chief Executives and Boards to understand their business. With a warm, practical and accessible manner, she manages a high-touch, high-quality process, ensuring her clients find the best talent to enable their business strategy.
