Siobhan is a Consultant in Sheffield’s Auckland team and focuses on candidate management for the North Island search and selection practice. She supports candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensures that communication, documentation and coordination are managed to a high standard.
Business Experience
Siobhan brings experience across recruitment, human resources and candidate administration in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She joined Sheffield in 2015 after working in London as a Candidate Manager for a major recruitment firm. In that role, she supported the placement of Australian and New Zealand candidates in a fast paced market.
Earlier in her career, Siobhan worked at Ford Motor Company. She managed the Graduate Recruitment Programme and later moved into industrial relations and HR management. These roles strengthened her skills in candidate support, communication and process management across varied and busy environments.
Outside of work, you will normally find Siobhan on the side of a netball court or rugby field, supporting her children in their chosen sports.
