We have pleasure in announcing the appointment of Nicki Brown to the new position of Centre Manager for the BrainTree Wellness Centre, a new NFP supporting Cantabrians living with a neurological condition.

Nicki’s mix of health, business experience and her passion for the cause made her the ideal candidate for the role.

Previously a Regional and Village Manager at Ryman Healthcare and Arvida Group Limited, Nicki developed the incredibly popular Triple A exercise programme, which is enjoyed by thousands of Ryman residents in Australia and NZ, and she is currently undertaking her Masters in Dementia Studies.

“Letting go of such an important process wasn’t easy - Louise took the time to truly understand the DNA of BrainTree and what a successful leader of this new NFP might look like.

She found us an amazing list of candidates.  We were spoilt for choice, and it was really hard making a final decision as any number of the applicants had the ability to take on the role

The whole process was professionally and sensitively managed … I would definitely engage them again, and I am!” Simon Challies, Executive Director, Canterbury Brain Collective.

We wish Nicki every success in her new role.
