Sheffield South Island recently carried out a survey looking at the state of Leadership in the South Island.

It looked at the issues and challenges that leaders are facing, and offered a unique insight into the workings of high-performing leaders and their organisations. Amongst other things the survey revealed that chief executives were more worried about health and safety than about increasing sales or winning new markets.
