Head of Clinical Practice | Southern Cross Healthcare
Southern Cross Healthcare, New Zealand’s largest private hospital network, is seeking a Head of Clinical Practice to lead our national clinical strategy. You will serve as an architect of clinical governance, providing inspired system leadership to drive safety, quality, and innovation nationwide. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Chief Nursing and Quality Officer (CNQO).
Te āheinga | The opportunity
You will lead a team covering theatre and ward practice, perianesthesia nursing, hospital design, and informatics. Working with the CNQO you will drive consistent, high-quality clinical practice across a network of wholly owned and joint venture hospitals.
Following significant investment in shared systems and processes, you will now lead the next phase: ensuring these foundations are sustained and built upon. To support this transformation, you must be as adept at setting strategic direction and clinical governance as you are at engaging with operational tasks.
