Currently PNCC is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager, who will ensure the delivery of financial advice and effective financial management within the organisation. This is a critical leadership role, serving as a connector between finance strategy and its implementation, whilst enhancing internal stakeholders’ decision-making through the provision of expert financial advice.   

Great candidates for this role will bring experience in a broadly comparable context, though a background in local government is not required. It will be important that the appointee has an ability to deliver sound, relevant policy advice and communicate effectively across a range of stakeholder groups. As a manger and as a finance SME, they will model the Unit’s commitment to providing advice that reflects a collaborative, business partnership approach. They will also be energised by this role’s mix of hands-on delivery, strategic input, and proactive people leadership.
